A collection of spaces for living, staying, and connecting—TKV reflects the rhythm of Telluride through scale, simplicity, and a sense of belonging.
Set between the gondola and the river trail, TKV brings together living, gathering, and staying in a way that feels natural to Telluride’s rhythm. The buildings are arranged as a collection—each one distinct but connected—echoing the scale and spirit of the town’s historic warehouses. At the ground level, quiet commercial spaces open to the street, while upper levels hold a mix of homes and hotel rooms designed for both residents and travelers.
A shared courtyard links to Camel’s Garden, creating a sense of place and continuity. With affordable housing, improved public space, and careful attention to massing and light, TKV is designed to feel both rooted and forward-looking—part of Telluride, not just in it.
