This late-1800s Victorian was carefully lifted, stabilized, and restored—its carved columns and painted siding returned to their former character. To bring it into the present, we introduced a barn-inspired addition at the rear, echoing the outbuildings that once shaped the town’s fabric. Inside, open living spaces were crafted for light and connection.
Structural steel ensures longevity, while weathered European oak and hand-selected furnishings add warmth and texture.
A custom steel staircase leads to private spaces designed as calm retreats, where material continuity ties old and new together. The home now stands as both memory and renewal—respecting its history while embracing the simplicity and comfort of contemporary mountain life.
