Overlooking the Pacific, Ladera is a Santa Barbara retreat where Spanish Revival heritage meets modern simplicity in a seamless coastal setting.
Perched above the Santa Barbara coastline with sweeping views of the Pacific, Ladera reinterprets the timeless elegance of Spanish Revival architecture through a contemporary lens. The home’s gabled forms and textured stone walls root it in tradition, while clean lines and expansive glazing bring a sense of openness and light.
Courtyards and terraces extend the living spaces outdoors, connecting interiors to gardens and the ocean beyond. A balance of warmth, heritage, and simplicity defines the design, offering a retreat that is both grounded in place and elevated by its coastal setting.
